A few years ago I started a life transformation. I once was 315lbs with a 48 inch waist. With a lot of hard work I lost 117lbs., which sparked my interest in bodybuilding. I trained for 10 months for my first show where I won first place in my weight class. I also won best back and best poser. Winning feels good,but living a healthier life style means everything to me.
